Yes. Every ELYQ umbrella is backed by a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we will ensure it is repaired or replaced.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and complete. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within a few business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Within the Netherlands, your package is typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are delivered by DPD. They provide reliable tracking and ensure your package is handled with the utmost care.
Can I track my order?
Certainly. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to follow your delivery in real-time.
How is my order packed?
Every order is delivered in a cylindrical tube made from sturdy, recycled cardboard. This packaging offers excellent protection during transit and ensures your umbrella arrives in perfect condition.
Return
How do I return my purchase?
You can easily register your return through our online return form on the Returns page. After registration, you will receive a digital return label via email. Note on packaging: Our tubes are originally sealed with staples to ensure maximum protection. For returns, it is perfectly fine to reseal the tube using tape.
Are return costs included?
Currently, we are exclusively active in the Netherlands, where we offer free returns. Please note that international orders are not yet supported at this time.
Can I exchange my umbrella for a different model or color?
